Thank you for shopping at Pedalco Sri Lanka. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best cycling products and service possible. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 3 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
Please note that:

  • Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

 

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for unused items within 3 days of purchase.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or model, please contact our customer support team. Further instructions will be provided on how to proceed with the exchange.

 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund, including Sunglasses, Tires & Inner Tubes

 

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a pickup and inspection of the item.
  • If the damage is verified, we will provide a replacement based on availability.
  • If a replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

 

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning an item (except for damaged or incorrect items). In the case of defective or wrong products, Pedalco Sri Lanka will arrange pickup at no additional cost.

 

Processing Time

Refunds and exchanges are typically processed within 3 business days after receiving your returned item. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refunded amount.
